Carmen Isabella Sandiego is the protagonist and main villain of the long-running edutainment series of the same name.

A long-time criminal mastermind and the nemesis of the ACME Detective Agency by virtue of leading its' rival, V.I.L.E, most of her crimes revolve around spectacular, if not impossible and meta-defying cases of thefts. At the end of the day, Sandiego ends up arrested by ACME agents, but breaks free not long after, restarting the cycle.

In fiction wrestling, Carmen is signed to Character Championship Wrestling (CCW).
